I agree 100% with this. I use to get the same thing until I filmed myself one day and I was very let down at what I saw. My squats were nothing Like I thought the were.

Thats why I have the empty space there, I used to put my pendlay bar there but after I read that thing from Glenn I just keep it on the rack. These are my other cheapos.

The way to quickly tell is to look at the ends of the bar. If they have a big bolt/hex type thing there that will be your cue that it wont hold up well.

That bolt is the only thing holding that...

I bought a bunch of cheaper ropes and the all hang from the same limb. The whole bundle makes for a nice thicker rop.

They are kind of like fitted tee shirts in a way, a bit tighter in the belly than a walmart tee shirt of the same size would be but that doesnt concern me, I like it that way.

When you get set up initially, look down at the bar and try to place it toward the ball of your foot. Then squat down until your shins touch it, then take your grip from there.
