I bought a Buddy Lee rope few weeks ago. After a week using it my max double unders went from 22 to 37. I would at least highly recommend it.

I ate the bread and the apple juice because I was already ill and didn't have appetite for eating anything else. Generally, I never eat bread or drink apple juice.

I agree with above comments. Eat a lot. When I went from my powerlifting program to CrossFit I lost 5 kg (11 pounds) of bodyweight in two months and I wasn't even trying to lose weight.

Thanks for the response and yes, I've checked out Mark Sisson and really like what he posts on his site. I'll probably use the belt depending on the circumstances and take the middle ground.
