i would suspect an imbalance in muscles due to your scoliosis...the fact that you did some exercise and it worked itself out is a good sign...i would look in to quadratus lumborum , gluteus maximus...

radiating pain and numbness with stenosis from a mva is a loss of structure and rarely a need for surgery,

when people have those symptoms and they come on from being older or chronic issues then...

based on you age there has to be a postural or structural issue in the neck, have you had an xray? or did mri say anything about loss of cervical lordosis, straightening of cervical spine or kyphotic...

ice will slow down the healing process or make it worse...use heat and some massage..also look at your posture to why you are getting occipital base spasms...rounded shoulders or forward head posture...

please tell me how your cortisol levels were checked?

needs to be done over a full 24 hour period, 4 times thru out the day with saliva and sent to a lab, there are lots of rules and limitations...

i was trying to use wod to get stronger/bigger rather than better at conditioning and overall stamina..i like this explanation a lot,...

Using a metcon as an attempt to get stronger is generally a bad idea. Use strength work to get stronger and metcons to work on conditioning. It's hard to improve conditioning if the weight is too...

is it better to rx for a slower time or drop weight and things to have a faster time?

i am always close to last were i train, but i try to rx as much as possible...

well im sticking with it, going to put in heavy lifting days and clean up my eating with this whole9/paleo thing for a little while and see how that goes..

for the most part all wod have some...

we did talk about it and they suggested that i use the place before the wod...just dont see how i would get a good routine in that way..im ok with 2 gyms, i guess in my head i thought it would be all...

we do all the girls in wod...they are a legit place..very experienced and hold alot of certifications..some have competed

i guess i thought it was all in one and its not...need to lift heavy...

by hard gainer i mean muscle..takes me along time to gain muscle and stay lean...i have to always eat clean and do alot of cardio or i lose muscle and gain fat fast...

so i need to train outside...

i eat clean..not paleo because i eat beans but close...no breads and pastas..i am 38 yrs old, normal stress, sleep fine, have all my hormones tested 3 times a year..everything is good
