I was on a Disney cruise in April and it was the easiest thing in the world to stay paleo. Ton's of meat options at the lunch buffet, I loaded up on shrimp and mussels along with nice green veggies....

I'm a Type I Diabetic and my Endo doc and Diabetic Educator continue to push FDA's food pyramid, which is absolutely ridiculous. They are constantly surprised at my low A1C and Blood Glucose numbers...

I love Quinoa. I am a Type I diabetic that eats very low carb to minimize BG spikes. Quinoa is very even, which I take to mean that it has a nice low glycemic index and slow - steady absorption....
