Another thing I would consider is called Vocal Cord Dysfunction. It is often brushed off as being asthma, but you don't get relief that asthma treatments provide..

Two of our gyms are located next door to Mexican restaurants. A third gym used to be. And yes we had people who would come in and workout before going next door to eat..

Perform Better currently has kettlebells on sale... I have a 14kg at home and we just bought 2,4,6,8kg vinyl-covered in the clinic. I like them all for different circumstances..

Get this... for the longest time the gym I work in (which has a CF affiliate) had the bumper plates locked up so only the CrossFit could use them...

Inflammation is a part of the recovery process. It is a necessary thing so we don't want to "prevent inflammation."
