What Katherine is saying is squeeze the pinky and ring finger when you hook grip as well, they will add in a lot of control with pulling.

Or you could just move your feet out from the start. I like that you plant your feet in the same position so you could just move your feet to your squat stance and pull from there.

Stop forcing your arms straight, long and loose, you're way too tense here.
Set your back tighter in extension like John said.
Get off your heels at the start, you're balanced too far backwards.

Not bad. My suggestion is:
- Move faster from extension to full squat
- Work the hell out of your footwork on the jerk at lighter weights, you're short stepping these way too much and are...

I agree with Lee. If you have no choice but to squat in front of a mirror just keep eye contact with yourself. It isn't stationary at all BUT it is moving with you throughout the entire squat so it...

Not terrible, but you need to keep your back a lot more arched throughout the entire pull. That ought to fix some of the other errors you've got (like the bar not staying close enough and shooting...

To add to what Jeremy said: you are also hitching when you bring the bar to the hips instead of making it 1 fluid movement.
