WOD- Walking lunges and burpees.
Did 12 lunges and had to do the burpees from a box after the second set. 15 minutes.

Howdy! Are there any gyms or 'boxes' (thats what you call them I think?) in the Seattle area besides Locals where I can come in and get my lift on but not be limited to the classes? :pepper:
