Update - I was mistaken - he only had 1 blood test and that is the most accurate tests. The other test was just a urine test - which isn't as accurate. Also, the hemoglobin showed that it has not...

He is required by law to have the test every 6 months - so if this isn't a one time issue - it will continually pop up (he has never even been close before)....
