i thought the high rep back squat day was on front squat day anyway?
sure was when i was doing it and i followed it as written far as i recall.

actually one session i did front squats then high rep back squats and followed that with 10 minutes of tabata squats.
was fun and less painful than you'd suspect

1 yes it gets extra volume and can help reinforce the movement.

2 no because you'll end up doing sloppy mechanics due to fatigue and that...

check the heavy hybrids thread. also i just find metcons i do in under 10 minutes, make them heavier if possible and do them.
any amrap in 20 minutes, up weight and make it amrap in 10 minutes

yeah on my first cycle i got to week 3 and had to cut back a bit, i actually dropped metcon on shoulder day and replaced with pull ups instead. this worked for me as i find the heavy metcons are what...

my 1RM deadlift is 137.5kg. on reading that it looked like i was claiming a 137.5kg shoulder press! i don't think that is even possible:D

my press is 63kg my 1RM was 137.5kg but i just did 130 for 3 so probably higher now.

i don't follow CFSB any more, but i kept my deadlifts on tuesdays as i wanted to get much stronger in them.

i am so far sticking to 3RM each and every week, then hitting my 1RM after 4-6 weeks...

just started week 6 and done my deadlift day.
in the 6 weeks i've been working on this i've added 10kgs to my 5 3 and 1 rep maxes. could have done another 5kg...
