I actually haven't increased my carbs at all. I started eating a bit more protein, then ramped it up a bit more recently. I'm increasing ME loads each week, and may next experiment with fluctuating...

Thanks Doc, but my 3x and 5x haven't climbed on SP...and neither did my high rep movements. Week 6 of the cycle asks for a 5, 3...3, 1 progression and all the figures were flat compared to wk1.

I lifted on and off for about 8yrs prior to starting CF last August, but basically did BP, BS, some shoulder work...

Marcus -- thanks for the reply. That's exactly what I was doing with the DL --> first and second sets were too close the the PR set the prior week. In a very early post, Kempie spelled this out...
