Lower Back injury

Be careful on GHD's. It's really easy to over train and get rhabdo with GHD's. Start out with 3 reps and go up by 1 each week. You can do several sets, but don't over do it. Drink LOTS of water.

Yeah, I was much like you whe I first started. It was like I was trying to do a strict pull up with a knee raise. Eventually I got the movement down. Focus on moving those shoulders back and forth....
