I do like CF though. I like the workouts. I just absolutely can't stand the owner or the kool-aid drinkers. And I like the people at my affiliate. They are kool-aid free.

I'm not sure he wastes his time. From what I've read he does Crossfit but likes to make fun of a lot (and there is a lot) of the stupidity involved....kind of like me and a lot of other people!
