What really fires me up regarding the pricing issue is that people dont try to negotiate with their doctors when they go in for "reactive" healthcare but are more than willing to bargain...

Has anyone had any experience with summer months in a warehouse? I have secured a 3000 sq ft facility with 15 ft ceilings. I have a large garage door that can be opened but concerned going forward...
