Weightlifting belts

Does anyone have any recommendations on a good weightlifting belt? Not sure what's best (velcro, clips, etc) and what companies are good.

The right side is for your Strength and Conditioning. Use this instead of main site. The center is don 6-8 hrs after for your endurance.
