Congrats! I did SS from Dec '10 - Feb '11 and got the same numbers as you did (3x5's, 1x5). Though I haven't attempted a 1RM. I've rev'd up my metcon training as well and will probably get back on SS...

Yup, at a recent level 1 here in Pendleton, the MCCS (I believe) prevented the CF media crew from filming the cert. Crossfit is called "Combat Fit" on base. Even though some gyms post the crossfit...

Pretty much resembles my diet. The resident experts will probably ask you what are your goals (strength, lose body fat, etc...) then they may tweak your diet from there.
