You need to start jumping as soon as the bar gets to the bottom of your knees. Preferably as explosive as possible. Arms stay straight at jump, then whip your elbows under the bar as fast as possible.

There is no standard length for strap size. I believe Rogues strap length is 16ft, I'm pretty sure Elites are 18ft. If you hang your rings from a power cage you might find you only need 10 or 12...

i found the the athletic tape was too rough, it cut me open pretty good. The only surface that hasnt cut me open is my wooden rings made from oak, with 3 coats of poly.
