If you eat 10 000 calories you will gain weight and body fat. If you don't want to gain fat just count calories.

Only the fast carbs(sweets) and I eat a little now and then.

Not for this year. For now is only gaining maximum strength and losing fat without muscle.

Same for me. I have done more than 30 1RM's without any warm-up.
If you had been training with correct technique the warm-up is not necessary.
The only thing that counts is to be confident.

That's correct, but from September I will change the program towards strength training only.

I work as personal trainer. I teach people how to do: squats, deadlifts, press, pull ups and many more....

I gained about 3kg/6lb of active mass while losing the body fat.
This is measurement from the body fat caliper.

Results for set of 5 reps so far:
- Squat: 150kg/330lb
- Overhead press: 65kg/143lb
