Hi to all,

I would like to hear what you think about doing CF without weights and some bodyweight movements which engage upper body (pull ups, push ups)?!

I will be attending level 1 cert in Copenhagen, Denmark on Dec 10th, 11th.

I regularly do KB and DB swings, but rowing is less familiar to me.
That's why I need to row more often.

I saw some articles on CFJ,
but everything is about "official" C2 rower,
so i didn't read...

Well,

Pull ups might be a little problem,
push ups and squats were ok..
but, like I said, I was short breathing, so I considered that was conditioning..

Am I need, to do more "metcon"?...
