Coconut oil which is mostly saturated fat melts somewhere in the 60-70 degree...

I have absolutely zero experience with bodybuilding, however, if bodybuilding is really just about getting your macros, then why wouldn't paleo work? Obviously you would need to get some starchy...

I would definitely recommend trying the Super Enzymes. I use them on the rare cheat day (Ice Cream!!!!) and it really helps mitigate the effects on my system.
