Carbs

I bought a can of smoked almonds the other day. I noticed a small banner on the can stating the can contained 5 CARBS +2 GRAMS FIBER = 3 NET CARBS.

Does fiber trump carbs?

Re: DIY GHD idea - criticism?

If you have a Black and Decker Workmate, set it a few feet out from the cage and put a pillow on it. Set one of the pins at the appropriate height to hook your ankles and go to town.
