You should be solid underneath the bar including contracting your glutes. Everything should be tense.

This and btn push press, power jerk are used for assistance exercises for learning the jerk.

I got 20 dead hangs by walking to the pull up bar a few times a day and knocking out 2-3 max sets with plenty rest between. This was in addition to unit pt. Do pull ups to get pull ups. Don't worry...

Ader have smoother handles. MD are a little rougher. Both have enough space to get your hand through for a good rack position. My Ader don't have the rubber bottom. MD do but they are easy to take...

Kettlebells. They are undervalued. There's a lot more to do than swing them. And it doesn't have to be on the main page in order for you to do it....
