Got a chance to get outside and see it last night.

Discovery/ISS passed over Calgary nearly directly overhead.

I was a bit worried I'd miss it: We had snow all day long, but the weather cleared...

I have a friend with a similar house. At the back end of their main floor kitchen/dining room, there is a rail with a gap, the width of the room, open to the basement.

Looks like the recommended physical activity guideline targets will be lowered to "60 minutes a day for kids and 150 minutes a week for adults."

Later on in the article, they are recommending HIIT,...
