Have put work outs on hold as have moved house and am busy setting up fences, sheds, etc. Also, can't set up home gym till big shed is built so will need to set up temporary work out are over holiday...

REST DAY - legs are quite saw, hammies are tight from swings & DL WO. Had a hot bath with self massage to aid recovery.
