Sorry to jump into this discussion late. kempie what percentages are you using to ramp on the first 3 sets and the money set? I've never understood the percentages of ramping.

I had to look up CFSB because I had never heard of it before. There are a few threads about it. I didn't know there is a reason WODs are set up the way they are.

From the research I have done on weight lifting and bodywieght exercising a workout session should not last any longer than 1 hour. Question. Why? Is 90 minutes or slightly less to long, if so why?
