(would have completed 5, but some workout bunny jumped on the Back Extension platform...and decided to fix her hair...) ...

I just started crossfit...I am 5-10 and 220. Would like to loose about another 20lbs, but am more concerned with my waste line. It is a 38 right now. Do you feel that this regimen is helping you...

On today's WOD, on the 5th set of the PJ, I could only do 2 reps. In the future what should I do? Drop to previous sets weight and try and complete the Rx'd amount of 5 reps?

I was wondering if anyone had a list of the "good" nuts and "bad" nuts to eat..I have heard that peanuts and cashews are ones you should stay away from...what about pistashshios (sp)...pecans,...
