Re: The Elite and supplements
That is the most vague response I have ever heard.
First off, people don't just keel over and die from hormone abuse. It's almost ALWAYS from underlying issues that have nothing to do with the...

Re: The Elite and supplements
If you dig deep enough, there are coaches out there who have come out and talked about specific drug use among athletes. No where did I say every athlete is running hormones, but you have to be...

Re: The Elite and supplements
It's most likely GH, just not to a high level, as well as test and possibly Insulin. I'd have to also bet that a lot of the high level athletes cycle in EPO for competition times.

Re: Combining 5/3/1 BBB and WODs
That would work fine. While it doesn't matter from an aesthetic point of view, you can and will mess your shoulders up if you don't offset all of the pushing you do with pulling. Things like...

Re: Combining 5/3/1 BBB and WODs
I don't think BBB falls in your goals. I think you'd be much better off doing the 5/3/1 on main lifts, an accessory lift or two on each day, and then a short metcon that focuses on those body parts....

Re: Wildcards?
So you're saying 5-6 events, and the winner of each event goes? or 5-6 different regionals, where the top 3 still go each time?
I think the former would work well. That would, however, make for...

Re: Weightlifting shoes?
If you're doing a lot of squatting / oly lifting, it does make things more comfortable. Now, if you have no ROM problems and are comfortable in your current shoes, then you might not have a need for...

Re: Lifting Shoes
Que: Push your heels through the floor.
Weightlifting shoes have an elevated heel, which helps most people with ROM when it comes to squatting. A handful of people have reported that they actually...

Re: New T-Nation Steroid Article
All accurate. I'd say while many at some point might have been on numerous compounds, you can look at certain athletes and visually see the effects of some drugs. Test + GH / Insulin is a safe bet...

Re: Strict Paleo Zone
Just curious, how exactly do you think you lost 2% BF in a week? Just so you know, that's not humanly possible at your size without the use of gear.

If it's something skill related that won't affect your recovery much, then you can do it fairly often. If it's something that is a bit more strenuous on your body, then you might want to consider the...

All spot on; I know you're limited on food, but I know for a fact that you aren't THAT limited.

Re: What can I do on my days away from the box?
You're already lifting MTW. Now, more is not always better. With that said, I think you would benefit from a day or two of lifting, probably Friday + Saturday, leaving Sunday to rest.
IMO, I would...

Re: MEBB diet
You'll want to be in a surplus everyday; you don't grow when you lift, you grow when you recover.

Re: MEBB diet
This would help, but here's some general advice:
To gain weight, you're going to need to be in a caloric surplus, so you're spot on in the fact that you're going to have to eat more than usual....

OP is asking if food pairing is true or if it is bro science.. You claimed it to be true, so I am arguing against it. If food pairing was true, the science behind it would be found during digestion...
