I have been to several CF Oly certs, taught by both Coach B as well as Josh, and I have been to a USAW cert.

The USAW cert spends a lot more time on classwork and book stuff. It was a good cert...

I would go 2-20#, 2-15 pound, 1-10 and 1-4#. This way you have the ability to scale for pretty much anyone.
