my ceiling is 10.5' which works for most things. Though its too high for a TRX, if you want the handles to be near the ground for anything. Really you want the top of the trx to be at about 6', so...

these are working well for me. supports dont get in the way. sturdy so far, can hold a good bit o weight. i used some bike tube to protect my bar.
