I don't think you get more injured while doing CrossFit than in any other sport.... but as you already said, probably the ones that get injured didn't scale appropriately or just wanted...

Rolling helps a lot. I have also some chronic tightness (because of a blockade of my iliosacral joint)....since I've been rolling before and after workouts it hasn't been that bad anymore....

I think, you should not overtrain...but eventually your blood pressure will come down by doing crossfit on a regular basis.

I haven't had any high blood pressure... it was always normal...but...

One thing I read in "the whole 30" was, that you can have a pre- and post-workout meal.... this really helped me get some energy...
