I actually have to put two thick knee wraps down my shorts to even attempt to finish my pull, my arms are long and I can't go too wide without niggling my shoulder, the snatch is a total nightmare...

Right now getting stronger and trying to solve my huge issue with the snatch. Anything over 135lb just turns pure ugly as I have a problem finishing my pull from anything lower than the high hang.

Glad to hear your feeling better Vik.
Looks like this week is damage limitation, not a great fan of squatting or max lifts, even if I get a 3 year PB on the clean it will set me back loads.

Pleased with my first attempt at 18.1 but I was doing the threshold training where I was very comfortable for 17 minutes. Going again with a bit more speed on the rower Monday.

I'm very pleased with the new movement. Been curling and pressing those 50lb DBs as my extras most days. Find in this workout I can get my breath back on those as long as I don't use my hips.
