Glad I saw this thread, I moved to Houston a few months ago and it's been rough. Definitely haven't set any PRs since the move, and only got heat stroke once :)

I just got my S3 rack a few days ago and with sandbags layed across each side of the base there is minimal rocking. I LOVE that they made a versatile rack that doesn't require bolting into anything....

My first year of CrossFit I learned all the movements myself by watching videos. But joining a box is one of the best things I ever did. There's really no substitute for a great coach.

I prefer the evening since I have a desk job and need to move around after sitting for 8 hours. At my Level 1 they suggested what most people are saying here, switch it up! :)
