both sport specific and aesthetics are the reason for not wanting to gain weight, i train muay thai and keep at current weight for fighting, i have taken a break though,

im 150 5'9/10 pretty low bf...

Andrew i define strong as being to lift almost double your weight on all lifts, in saying weight it would only be give or take 5kg, i know genitics play a factor but you always come across that small...

Hey chris in regards to westside is it ok to rock a ME squat variation with deadlift assistance eg 3x10-12 or can you ME both or would that have asverse affects?
