I know you didn't want to hear it, but for video editing- you really need a Mac. Final Cut runs really well on the latest and greatest but you can use an iMac or macbook and it would be running well....

My bar is held together by 2x6.. BIG lag screws into the studs behind the wall and ceiling. Distributes the weight quite nicely.

Just go to Lowe's and get a bucket, sponge, brush, and tire cleaner. Wet em down and scrub away. Let them dry in the sun and you'll be all set.
