Re: RDLs and Good Mornings

Re: Knee Pain...top of knee

I did some online reading of tendonitis, and most places say that there is pain to the touch. I cannot put pressure and find any pain...could it still be acute tendonitis?

Re: Knee Pain...top of knee

Sounds like a good start. Is there any test I can do to see if it is acute tendonitis?

Re: Crossfit Italian

Fantastic Fabiano! I ran your first translation past 2 Italian friends, and they only had a few minor changes. Much of the problems were from the complex language in 'Understanding Crossfit', but...

Re: How have you changed your gym ?

At the gyms I go to in Italy (I'm on exchange here), I get a lot of attention during the WODs, and I think a bunch will be ready to convert soon...I've only been there twice so far!
