Re: asthma/ lung allergies caused by aspartame sensitivity

Thanks for the replies folks. I do pretty well at relaxing, but like I said, I'm a stress eater. I can either eat, or I can drink coffee. The downside is the company supplied coffee is horrendous,...

Re: The kettlebell king

Update:
I've been using my 80# quite a bit. I have not been throwing it or specifically dropping it or anything destructive, but it is holding up just fine.
I really don't see that there could...

Re: Need a quality inexpensive Kettlebell.

The kettlebell king sells a great product. I did a review on them and I'm going to update it pretty quickly. For high rep swings without destroying your grip, the kettlebell king products are...

Re: Ader Kettle Bell

My experience with Troy is exactly 1 (one) kettlebell, but mine exactly fits Troy's description. The handle is just fine and there are no seams. I mentioned above that I was temped to sand down all...

Re: Ader Kettle Bell

I have a pair of #53 dragon door Reds. The paint job on these is not what I prefer. Basically it is a thick epoxy paint, and way too slick. I tried roughing it up with sandpaper and it did not...

Re: more k-bell questions

Noah,
Which kettlebells have the thickest handles of the ones you carry (comparing the same weight of course)? I'm not worried about getting both hands in, I prefer single hand work anyway.

Thanks.

Re: The kettlebell king

I went ahead and measured the outside dimension of the handles of the 53# DD and the 80# Troy. They are exactly the same. Therefore the footprint going between your legs should be the same...

Re: The kettlebell king

For doing one handed work I would definitely prefer a small handle so that it's more streamlined going between my legs and around my body and for...

Re: The kettlebell king

Are you talking about the "corners" of the handle or the circumference of the handle? If the "corners", then yes they are different from the DD's. This makes them more comfortable doing two handed...

Re: The kettlebell king

Re: The kettlebell king

I can attempt it, but the sizes are much different. My DD's are #35 and #53. My KBK is #80. I can try if you'd like, but I don't know how accurate of a comparison it would be.
