and some info pull ups are palms away and chin ups are palms towards the face

when u do chin ups you get some more help from the biceps but when u do pull ups u have to use...

trust me that aint a like snack....but yes behind upside down may be the problem; however, eating so close to training is very problematic in terms of breathing and sluggish behavioural...

i think this could have occured from the meal. what u should do is try not to eat so close to training sessions however what u should do is say what that "light" meal as u said contained.

i jus dont get....im SOOOOOOO much closer to a front lever than a back lever, eventhough, front lever is a higher skill.

its like i cant even get close to the back lever or atleast im not even...

here's what i did and i find it helps alot...while in the frog stand or tuck planche try to push one foot back straight as if one side is doin a planche and the other is tucked

this should work

well from my experience they work different areas well to a greater and lesser extent...and i refer to over hand as pull ups and underhand as chins i dont know if thats right but i saw it like that...

yea thats very true about the resistance issue...but i find that moving some of my body off the sliding apparatus allows to increase a little resistance

im more sure...well im absolutely sure that box jump and ball throwing exercises are all plyometric....so whats your real question on crossfit....unless u mean a huge volume plyometrics or more...
