as long as you meet you caloric intake and stick to some good fats and protein b4 bed, you should be in good shape. Cant go wrong with a blended casein and pb shake either.

not sure what your taste buds are like but cytosport makes a pretty good tasting amino called monster amino. the sour apple is pretty good and has a 8:1:1 ratio

unfortunately your best bet is to just order customized nano 2.0's. a little more pricey but the only way you'll be able to get a pair in your size. and at least you can color them to your specific...

some free flowing bcaa's are great directly pwo. you can also benefit from them heavily pre and intra workout. Cytosport monster amino is a great product.
