Track and Field is also a much easier sport to organize that doesn't necessarily require competence with the movements. Track is easy to prepare for, just look at all the people who run marathons.

James , how are your handstand pushups? I am 6'1 197 and am very capable of pressing close to bodyweight. I have found that as my strict handstands increased my press went up.
