Death by 10m - what's the world record?
One of my favourite workouts since it's self-modulating, mostly includes the warmup, doesn't take any equipment except a watch, and hits most CFers right where it hurts since they don't like to run....

I have successfully eaten my first self-baked sweet potato. Brushed them, stabbed them, some olive oil, pan, toaster oven ~400+ degrees and about 45min til soft-ish. Eaten with skin.

Lazy man's baked sweet potato recipe?
Looking for an easy, simple, no-effort baked sweet potato recipe. Preferably that results in something I can keep in the fridge for a week and just heat up as necessary.

Do more work, burn more energy while taking in the same amount of food and nutrients as part of a proper nutrition plan?

Trainer at FLETC was also saying that pushups can hurt due to the wrist position, made worse by doing them on a soft surface like some soft gym mats. Burpees and pushups both seem to not hurt me as...

Seems like the workout and expression "Fight Gone Bad" has been a CrossFit thing for X number of years now, almost exclusively done in CF affiliates under the instruction of people certified by CFHQ....
