we did this the other day it was 5 of us.
5 rounds for time
2 RC
4 cleans 165
6 box jumps
while one person is working the rest are on the rower it took about 30min each rower ended up around...

last Wednesday 4x3 start at 70% which was 350 for the 1st set work to 80% ended at 400.

I started the pain in July that last week my energy has gotten better I think setting in these classroom for 7 hours doesn't help . I went from 2 wods a day these summer to 1 long one after work .

From my coach I have ben on these numbers for about 2 weeks we dropped them form last months. I have lost about 17lbs in a little over a month but the last few workout I have been dead.

I'm just trying to stay fit working a lot on body weight stuff these days the games guys and girls are awesome but there the top 1% of crossfit. That's what they do all day hell I work all day LOL!...
