I didn't realize I was flaming or poking anyone. When I see someone posting videos or make comments that make CrossFit look bad, I thought I was defending CrossFit. But I'll make sure I stop.

Low carb for athletes sucks. I had similar issues of low energy. I'd start adding bananas and if you can handle rice, have some rice. I have even added bagels for extra calories.
