Yeah same here. There's never any on eBay either except adidas ironworks at over 90

just tried searching the sports direct website but no joy :(

I don't ask for a spot on the bench anymore for that reason. I make sure there is always a couple guys nearby, and leave the collars off.

I am also checking my ego at the door and only using weight...

its easy to make decent scrambled eggs in a microwave!

just crack and mix in a glass bowl, heat for about 30 secs, take out and stir, put in for another 20-30 secs, take out and stir again, and...

Two young guys who are there every day, now first, I must say they are nice kids - I am the only one I've ever seen there actually squat, and as there is no squat rack/stand etc, I have to get two...

Had four pints of milk throughout today and felt fine on it. Also bought a load of nuts seeds and dried fruits and made a huge bowl of trail mix for snacks during work to get some extra cals!

So far the only 'cheats' I've been having is chips maybe once a week - English chips, like fries, but bigger - real potato, cut and fried (sorry for sounding like a ****, but i know 'chips' in the US...

No of course not. All I was saying is that plenty of people here list out their paleo meals etc, and breakfast nearly always seems to be eggs and bacon. Just thought it might be another good option...
