cracking a fresh egg is always much faster then cooking and eating as it can be drinked on the go :)
when it comes to food I am always minimising, unless there is some special occasion

I love the taste, but many dont.
Give it a try but do experiment. Stuff like coconut oil can add flavor, but MCT is flavorless. Whey adds flavos, collagen is flavorless :)

Like a cup or two of strong coffee, fresh, add in butter, coconut oil and some protein, can be collagen or whey. kcal...

A novice can gain 2lbs muscle per month, a 4+ years trainee can only gain 2-3lbs per YEAR.
Adjust your calorie intake so you only gain muscle and not fat, how much is that intake? Trial and error...

I use HR for two reasons:
1. keeping track of "calories burnt" so I know how much to eat, as my main goal currently is body recomp.
2. keeping an eye on my HR during WODs, if the WODs are not...
