Chins/Pull-ups 3 sets of as many reps as possible (Skipped today because I did them yesterday)

I just started workout today and it looks good.

One question I have is I like to do Brazilain Jiu Jitsu is that ok to do for my "conditioning" days? I know it says short metcons which BJJ is not....
