Ryan, that's kind of a question you have to ultimately answer for yourself according to your goals.

With a BS 3RM of 255 I would guess you're breaking up the thrusters in Fran because of a form or...

Yeah, when I read that you guys focused on the other lifts when creating CFSB because you all pressed at body weight, I remember thinking "must be nice" ha. I'll email you Jeff, thanks.
