This was exactly what happened to me... I got through the wallball and could not do more than two DU at a time. That two in a row only happened one time I think...all in all, expected the DU to be...

I found Nike compression socks at Academy, two pair for 12.99 and they have held up great. They are with the "team socks" so make sure to get compression not soccer, as they aren't the same! :D

hopefully MU are last as I've never done one w/o jumping...maybe this is the week to get over that hurdle!

Nope... I meant "crossfit bar" because that's what it was called when I bought it a few years ago. I am not sure if it's the same as the HD bar or not. I am sure Mr. Pendlay could clear that up...

I had a CAP barbell a while back that almost got me -- bolt came out of the end, sleeve & weights fell off that side and caused it to flip around. Luckily it didn't hit me in the head since it also...

I built mine using the CFJ #49 instructions.

I just set the blade angle to 10 degrees on my circular saw. Just make sure you cut the angles at the top and bottom the same way so when it leans over...
