Ok, but I just have one question. Why? Everywhere else that I read it says that whole wheat bread is good for you, with decent amounts of protein and carbs that aren't highly refined.

Ok here is what a double under is:

Same thing as usual jump rope, however each time you jump you spin the rope around twice before you touch the ground.

Yea it looks like the knees are the main difference to me.

It also appears as if she moves up much quicker in the good version, I'm not sure if that is part of it.
