Knurl is not bad. Kind of medium in the continuum of smooth to CHEESE GRATER. Eleiko training bars are more aggressive...but not too bad for me.

It does kick out a little...maybe and inch or 2. (Draw a vertical line with a piece of paper on your computer monitor and watch the lift slowly. Use the door frame as a vertical frame of reference)....

Hey Brian,

As was said earlier, get that chin down. The bar is kicking forward from mid-shin to your knees, which is a results of you opening your hips up too quickly and NOT pushing the floor away...
