Coffee or nothing for me. If I do eat anything then it's my two block snack and I usually do the WOD 1+ hours after that.

I believe it takes a single D battery. I wouldn't sweat it though. When I did crew for two years we didn't need to replace any of the batteries. They last a good LONG while.

I cook a whole turkey and prep it into 6oz. servings.

That's all I really cook ahead of time...I prep more though.

I'll buy steak in bulk and weigh it individually so I can get 8-9oz pre cooked so...
