Make sure you do! carbonated beverages are osteoporosis in a can. After my last bone scan my Doc said no more or I'll end up like quazimoto. I crave a classic coke almost everyday!!:shrug:

I blew out a knee by taking 3 stairs at a time (descending) and rounding a corner. Other than that I've done a few WOD in turn-outs but never on air.
